Interpreting NMR dynamic parameters via the separation of reorientational motion in MD simulation

چکیده
Reorientational dynamics—motion defined by changes in the direction of a vector or tensor—determine relaxation behavior nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). However, if multiple processes exist that result reorientation, then analyzing net effects becomes complex task, so one ideally would separate those motions to simplify analysis. The model-free and two-step approaches have established separability total correlation function reorientation motion into contributions from statistically independent motions. Separability has been used justify analysis experimental rate constants fitting data resulting product two three individual functions, each representing an motion. parameters are describe molecule, but internal present, interpreting is not trivial. We suggest alternative approach: quantitative timescale-specific comparison experiment simulation, as previously using detector This followed separation simulated functions motions, parameterization results, such may determine how contributes parameters. establish protocols for components coordinates molecular dynamics simulation. Separation achieved defining series frames, where frames iteratively split within frame frame. Then timescale specific (e.g. responses) describing be interpreted terms

the present study sought to investigate the role of dynamic assessment (da) in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels. to this end, after conducting the quick placement test, 60 iranian efl learners were assigned to two groups with different language proficiency levels. in both groups each participant wrote two compositions, one before and one af...
Simulation of Strap-On Boosters Separation in the Atmosphere
A numerical dynamic-aerodynamic interface for simulating the separation dynamics of constrained strap-on boosters jettisoned in the atmosphere is presented. A 6-DOF multi body dynamic solver ،using Constraint Force Equation Methodology is coupled with a numerical time dependent Euler flow solver. An automatic dynamic mesh updating procedure is employed using smoothing and l...

15 صفحه اولDynamic Simulation of Human Motion
In order to study the mechanisms behind the human motion and its disorders, and to comprehend how do neuromuscular impairments affect the human movements, it is crucial to know the human musculoskeletal system. This knowledge is also essential to effectively model and analyse the musculoskeletal system, and to classify the human movement. With this work we conducted preliminary studies over a m...
